Lead times and carriers
Every order placed before 1pm (working days) is prepared the same day. Typical lead times within mainland France:

- 2 to 4 working days
- Chronopost (express)
- 1 to 2 working days
- Pickup point
- 3 to 5 working days
Shipping costs
Delivery is free from €49 of purchase (mainland France). Below that, costs are calculated as fairly as possible based on weight and destination, and shown before you confirm your order — no surprises at checkout.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow each step (confirmed → preparing → shipped → delivered) from your “My orders” area.

Delivery areas
We deliver to mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Germany and Italy. Lead times outside France are generally 3 to 6 working days.
If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, you may request cancellation of the order and a full refund (Terms, art. 5).
